標題[問題] 不知何時能離職？

我是在學生，最近在補習班打工。 由於跟以往在餐飲業的狀況不同，以及同事的態度等等。 算是不太適應。 最近加上上家裡突然有事， 所以我很草莓的在做了不到一個月後，提出離職。 我說只能做到下星期，老闆把我罵了一頓後。 說我要等到下個人來我才能走。 但我來時前面的人已走一個多月沒人跟我交接。 不知道要等多久？才能走人。 查詢勞基法沒有特別提到未滿三個月要多久以前提出。 且因為沒有打卡紀錄……是不是有可能領不到薪水呢？ 謝謝大家。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 223.140.246.184
