標題[請問] 國際包裹不見

想請問一下， 我12/5在美國的zazzle網站買了兩件衣服， 網站顯示12/6已經透過一家叫做XPO的貨運以stander的方式寄送， 但今天12/29都還沒收到物品~~(zazzle網站上是寫5-12天...) 不知道各位有無聽過這間貨運? 已寫信去問zazzle客服， 有收到信說...這種最便宜的標準貨運方式無法查詢物品現在的狀態， 他們認為很可能遺失了，並要我先詢問國內郵局。 我很疑惑， 這個購物網站並不是透過美國郵局寄送東西過來， 這樣還是去郵局查嗎?比較常聽到是東西可能卡在海關， 但我也還沒收到任何通知我去領取的訊息， 而XPO這間貨運我是第一次聽到， zazzle也算是一間評價不錯的購物網， 本以為他們會用比較好的UPS寄給我， 但現在快一個月，我完全不知道東西下落何處... 本來是要買來當朋友的生日禮物， 現在朋友生日都過了 >__※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.33.61.247
