朋友在工廠上班，他負責的是物料的檢驗 物料由採構及別人決定的 有負責到一件case是某東西有問題，需要跟廠商做協調 就在前天才由"跟上游公司的人聊天"那邊知道這東西的產品需要在今年底出來 (之前完全不知情有期限這事情，他上一層主管也沒跟他說過) 由天數來看也應該是來不及出貨，所以現在的狀況是面臨無法出貨的狀況 朋友也有說有離職的準備，不過現在有個問題，就是如果公司以這一點 以無法準時出貨這個帳都算在他身上，怕無法拿到遣散費 請問這樣是合理的嗎? 我朋友已經有離職的打算，但就希望至少能拿到遣散費 不知道在法律上or其他方面，有理由是站的住腳嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.164.208.93
