【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆黃色小鴨黑嚕嚕，但因小鴨體積龐大，昨天從早上洗到夜晚，只洗完一半，超像「黑白郎君」，今天上午工作人員準備好後，搭吊籠升上半空，用刷子與清潔劑，繼續幫小鴨洗澎澎。
