血汗護理人員將說掰掰！自2014年元旦起，醫療保健服務業的醫護人員(不含醫師)將全面回歸「勞基法」的法定工時規範，護理人員將享有工時受限、加班有加班費的保障，雇主或違法最高將被開罰30萬元。

不再實施超過15年的「血汗責任制」，勞委會公告指出，醫療保健服務業分2階段排除適用責任制，去年3月已先從血液透析室、放射線診療室、血庫和呼吸治療室等醫事、技術人員排除，恢復每日正常上班8小時，延長工時不可超過12小時，2周總工時不可超過84小時，每周總加班時數不可超過46小時。

自2014年元旦起，包括手術室、急診室、加護病房、產房、器官移植小組、手術麻醉恢復室、燒傷病房、中重度病房和精神科病房的醫事、技術人員在內也將解除責任制，每天上班逾8小時，雇主就必須付加班費，前2小時給三分之一工資、後2小時給三分之二公資。
