【胡治言／綜合報導】寒流持續發威，全台急凍，根據中央氣象局資料指出，今日凌晨2點58分南投日月潭出現8.6℃低溫，而淡水也在清晨6點39分出現9.9℃低溫，而玉山氣象站的溫度更是只有零下7.3℃低溫。

氣象局預測，今日受寒流影響，各地氣溫偏低，台南以北至宜蘭沿海空曠地區及金門、馬祖將出現攝氏10℃以下低溫，北部及東半部地區有短暫雨，中部山區也有局部短暫雨，提醒民眾注意保暖。
