蘋果建議股東否決艾康庫藏股計畫

根據iPhone製造商蘋果公司27日向美國證管會（SEC）提交的委託書說明，董事會建議股東在2月28日的股東會上，投票否決億萬富翁艾康提議的500億美元庫藏股計畫。

蘋果說：「董事會和管理團隊已仔細考量將多餘現金返還股東的各種選項。但全球市場仍處於動態競爭、公司創新腳步快速，都需要空前規模的投資、彈性和能取用資源。儘管董事會和管理團隊反對這項提議，但仍致力於返還股東現金。」

蘋果訂2月28日召開股東會議討論11項提案，包括艾康提議的在2014年度增加購買庫藏股至500億美元。

蘋果提交的文件也透露主管薪酬行情。執行長庫克（Tim Cook）2013年總薪酬方案的價值是425萬美元，略高於去年的417萬美元。
