紅米 閃光燈一直亮著

各位前輩...
小弟在官網買了一台紅米機給老爸用

昨天他上班時打電話回來求救 說不知道按到甚麼東西 閃光燈一直亮著
我電話中請他關機再重開 依舊亮著

請他拔電池再重開 他老兄依舊亮著...

早上我看一下 把所有設定找遍了 還是無法關掉

而手電筒APP 打開之後是更亮 沒開的狀態依舊還是有微光亮著

打去小米客服 他請我重置手機... 他老兄真的還是一直亮著

感覺就是只要有接上電源 他就關不掉 我現在該怎麼辦@@
