其實能做到蟬聯TOP，一定有比別人優越之處 但基本上，重視團績的公司(外商很多都是這種)是這樣想的 基本上客戶都是來店客 一個人業績是平均的2倍， 並不等於這個人可以為公司帶來2倍的業績 只能說這個人「服務」客戶的速度是其他人的2倍 就拿銀行來講，辦事速度比其他人快2倍的櫃員，薪資會是2倍嗎？ 而且原PO也說了，獵人頭公司來找，條件也僅跟目前差不多 因為這種行業，就是有個行情在那邊 建議原PO女友換個挑戰性大點的產業拼拼看， 房仲、保險、企金、租賃等都行，若業績真的是別人的2倍 薪資別說2倍，3倍都有機會呢 即使失敗了，以她目前這麼績優的表現，要回原公司也一定沒問題的 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.249.59.24
