在臉書罵「小人」 判賠1字10萬

〔自由時報記者王定傳／新北報導〕真是一字千金！陳姓男子發現同樣是三軍儀隊退伍的陳姓學弟，竟在臉書辱罵他「小人」，一狀告上法院，求償20萬元。新北地院法官判陳姓學弟須賠償20萬元，等於1個字10萬元，可上訴。

陳男昨說，他是三軍儀隊退伍，他與陳姓學弟的關係，既是學長也是公司內的上司，學弟因連續請假，甚至曠職，只好請他走人。未料對方竟在網路指名道姓辱罵說「陳XX小人、王八蛋」等語。

陳男說，他對學弟很好，遭此辱罵十分難受，且他在三軍儀隊退伍弟兄圈中有一定名氣，害他常常被其他學弟、學長調侃，加上學弟堅不認罪、道歉，才提告給他一點教訓。

判決書指出，去年12月間，陳姓學弟在臉書辱罵「小人」等語，陳男發現後提告，法院依公然侮辱罪判學弟罰金2千元，另提求償20萬元。因學弟未出庭，法院依刑事判決等認定確有此事，判賠20萬元。記者昨未聯繫上陳姓學弟，無法得知其回應。
