遇警攻堅拒補　槍毒犯舉槍自轟爆頭亡

台中警方於27日凌晨2時30分左右，前往一名毒品人口陳姓嫌犯躲藏的套房荷槍實彈攻堅，陳嫌還朝警方連開2槍拒捕，對峙約20分鐘後，陳嫌舉槍自轟頭部，送醫後宣告不治。

警方指出，陳嫌有毒品與盜匪等前科，曾入監服刑，半年前才剛假釋出獄，20日時陳嫌與2名友人駕贓車遇警方臨檢，心虛欲擺脫攬檢，在逃逸後還開槍劫走路過轎車。

警方專案小組訪查後發現，陳嫌以他人名義於台中市復興路租屋藏匿，於27日凌晨，趁著陳嫌熟睡時荷槍實彈攻堅。陳男發現後，還朝警方開了2槍拒捕，之後陳嫌疑似自知難逃法網，舉槍朝自己頭部開槍自盡。

另外，警方當場還查扣少數毒品與沙漠之鷹手槍。而警方也在陳嫌他處的租屋處，發現當日同行的2名友人，並將其帶回釐清。
