籌資 南亞出脫台塑化股票

（中央社記者韋樞台北24日電）繼上週台化出脫台塑化股票後，南亞今天跟進出售5.16萬張台塑化股票，其中1.72萬張出售給長庚醫院，將可籌措41.53億元供未來投資用。

南亞表示，為強化財務結構，將於103年第2季底前，於公開市場以鉅額逐筆交易方式，出售不超過5.16萬張台塑石化股票，其中上限1.72萬張擬出售予長庚醫療財團法人。

上週五台化決定出售同樣額度股票的台塑化股票，南亞今天跟進後，台化持股台塑化降到24.3%，南亞降為23.3%。

以今天台塑石化收盤價80.5元計算，5.16萬張全數出脫可籌措41億5380萬元，若包含未來台塑也準備出售同樣額度台塑化股票，台塑三寶共可籌措到新台幣124億6140萬元。

今年六月底原本台化、台塑、南亞等準備各出售19萬張台塑化股票，但因為台塑化股價不斷走低臨時喊卡，如今股價回升到80元附近，同時伴隨明年景氣、營運可望更上層樓，決定伺機調節台塑化股票，變現籌措海外投資銀彈。1021224
