大陸商務部13日宣布，自2013年12月15日起，對原產於美國的排氣量在2.5升以上的進口小轎車和越野車終止徵收反傾銷稅和反補貼稅。

2011年12月14日，大陸商務部決定對原產於美國的排氣量在2.5升以上的進口小轎車和越野車徵收反傾銷稅和反補貼稅，實施期限2年，自2011年12月15日起至2013年12月14日止。

2013年6月18日，大陸商務部宣佈上述反傾銷反補貼措施將於2013年12月15日終止。自該公告發佈之日起，大陸產業或代表大陸國內產業的自然人、法人或有關組織可在該措施終止日60天前，以書面形式向商務部提出期終複審申請。在規定時限內，大陸商務部未收到期終複審申請，商務部亦決定不主動發起期終複審調查。
