陸初裁歐日美高溫承壓用合金鋼無縫鋼管反傾銷

大陸商務部13日公布，經初步裁定，原產於歐盟、日本和美國的進口「相關高溫承壓用合金鋼無縫鋼管」存在傾銷，決定自2013年12月17日起採用保證金形式實施臨時反傾銷措施。

對各公司徵收的保證金比率如下：

歐盟公司：瓦盧瑞克德國公司（Vallourec Deutschland GmbH）為17.8%，瓦盧瑞克法國鋼管公司（VALLOUREC TUBES FRANCE）為17.8%，義大利IBF公司（IBF S.P.A.）為11.4%，其他歐盟公司（All Others）為44.2%。
 
日本公司：新日鐵住金株式會社（NIPPON STEEL & SUMITOMO METAL  CORPORATION）為36.6%，JFE鋼鐵株式會社（JFE Steel Corporation）為36.6%，其他日本公司（All Others）為36.6%。
 
美國公司：美國威曼高登鍛造有限公司（Wyman-Gordon Forgings, Inc.）為9.2%，其他美國公司（All Others）為39.0%。
 
相關高溫承壓用合金鋼無縫鋼管，又名P92無縫鋼管、10Cr9MoW2VNbBN無縫鋼管、X10CrWMoVNb9-2無縫鋼管等，英文名稱：Certain Alloy-SteelSeamless Tubes and Pipes for High Temperature andPressure Service。主要用途：相關高溫承壓用合金鋼無縫鋼管具有較強的高溫強度和抗蠕變性能，主要用於超臨界、超超臨界電站鍋爐和電站汽水管道上。
