日本加強與ASEAN貨幣交換合作 倍增菲/印額度

日經、Thomson Reuters、彭博社報導，日本財務大臣麻生太郎(見附圖)於13日表示，日本將與東南亞國協(ASEAN)3個國家擴大/重啟雙邊貨幣交換協定，其中，日本和印尼、菲律賓的貨幣交換額度上限將自120億美元、60億美元倍增至227.6億美元、120億日圓，且將導入「危機預防機制」。

另外，日本並和新加坡重新簽署了雙邊貨幣交換協定，金額上限為30億美元；日本/新加坡原先簽訂的貨幣交換協定已於2011年失效。

麻生太郎表示，極易受美國QE動向影響的ASEAN各國的貨幣若能趨於穩定，是有益於日本的國家利益。

「日本/ASEAN友好合作」今年邁入第40周年，故日本和ASEAN各國已於今日(13日)在東京都內舉行特別首腦會議(將會議將持續至12月15日)。
