店名:川記 芋粿 蝦仁肉圓 消費時間:2013年/10月 地址:台南市中西區國華街三段16巷2號 電話:(06)226-4590 營業時間:10:00~20:00 圖文板:http://irma523.pixnet.net/blog/post/101512695 謝謝您!! 國華街三段這邊藏了好多的美食老店 川記也算是其中一家 小小的攤位整理的好乾淨和舒服 整個都是剉絲的芋頭下去製作的芋粿 保證都是原汁原味連空隙都被芋頭佔得滿滿的 芋粿$35/三個 淋上用太白粉稍微勾芡的醬汁 芋粿美美的上場了 一口大小的芋粿非常的好食用 淡淡的芋頭香口感好Q和鬆軟 很適合下午當作小點心吃 蝦仁肉圓$35/三顆 台南的肉圓跟彰化比較不一樣 皮比較偏軟和薄 來台南吃肉圓都要加個芥末~嘻嘻 這邊提供黃芥末~我最喜歡了 加個黃芥末提個味好好吃喔!! 內餡是整隻蝦仁混合著豬肉餡 再把黃芥末加點在芋粿上也一樣美味 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.149.146
