英相卡麥隆訪陸 人權議題擱一邊

（法新社北京2日電） 英國首相卡麥隆（DavidCameron）今天訪問中國大陸，是他會晤達賴喇嘛以來首次，他強調英國開放中國人投資，並將人權議題擺在一邊。

卡麥隆展開大使館官員所稱「歷來造訪中國的英國最重大貿易任務」時，強調中英企業關係。卡麥隆2012年會晤西藏流亡精神領袖達賴喇嘛，遭到北京當局譴責，導致中英外交關係降至冰點。

卡麥隆也矢言推動中國大陸與歐洲聯盟（EU）的自由貿易協定。

他告訴記者：「歐洲等地有些人看到世界在改變，想要以貿易障礙竹幕封鎖中國。英國希望拆除這些障礙。」

他說：「對中國投資的開放程度，歐洲沒有哪個國家更勝於英國。」

他說：「我將以支持歐盟和美國貿易協定的同樣決心，力挺敲定歐盟與中國的貿易協定。」（譯者：中央社張曉雯）
