食用油得免標基改原料　綠委質疑官方放水

【林修卉╱台北報導】民進黨立委黃偉哲今舉行記者會指出，衛福部食品藥物管理署今年9月26日公告，使用基因改造的黃豆或玉米製造的醬油、沙拉油、玉米油、玉米糖漿與玉米澱粉等，「得免標示」基因改造或含基因改造字樣，但民眾應有知的權利，現在民眾連選擇的權利都沒有，他質疑衛福部為廠商開脫。

消保會消保處副處長吳政學表示，此事關乎消費者知的權利，希望衛福部找更多學者一起討論沙拉油、醬油是否要清楚標示原料為基因改造黃豆。

衛福部食藥署食品組簡任技正王慧英說，衛福部將比照歐盟標準下修基改原料標示規定，最快明年初即可公告。
