黨籍官司明開庭 王金平：平常心

國民黨考紀會在9月11日撤銷立法院長王金平的黨籍，擬拔除他不分區立委的資格，王金平為此提出確認黨籍存在的民事訴訟，並且申請假處分成功。此案明天將首度開庭審理，王金平今天受訪指出，他「平常心」面對，明天他不會親自到場，會交給委任律師處理。

這場王金平與國民黨的訴訟案，國民黨遞狀要求加速審理，台北地方法院明天首度開庭審理此案。
