立院行使中選會委員同意權　預計11點開票

【黃揚明／台北報導】立法院院會上午行使中選會委員同意權投票，朝野立委分批進議場投票，預計上午11點開票。因中選會部分委員任期至今年11月3日屆滿，行政院提名現任中選會主委張博雅、副主委劉義周、現任委員劉宗德、潘維大、陳國祥及新任委員仉桂美等6人。

因立法院未能如期審查、行使同意權，目前中選會僅有5名委員，並推派林慈玲擔任代理主委。依法中選會委員須經出席立委半數以上同意，才算過關，不過因多數黨國民黨力挺6人，預計將可輕鬆過關。

而今天共有5位立委因前往印尼峇里島參加WTO（世界貿易組織）會議，無法投票，分別是國民黨立委黃昭順、詹凱臣、民進黨立委陳明文、蕭美琴以及台聯立委黃文玲。
