以前小弟都是自己打打球跑跑步當作運動
但有鑑於雨季來時能做的運動很少
剛好家附近最近開了一間world gym
廣告打蠻大的 也一直在拉會員
另外還有一間健身工廠也要開了
想說找一間健身房可以安穩的運動
由於之前都沒有在健身房運動的經驗
想請問一下這兩間的話各有什麼優缺點呢?
