天母的房子到底要不要賣呢?

小弟目前結婚和老婆住在中壢，擁有一房，50坪。

爸媽也住在中壢，另外一間房。50坪。

一位姊姊，住台北市，擁有一房20坪。(大安區)(單身.......)

以上不是炫富文。 是有問題想要請問各位大大

父親於20年前在天母，買下一華廈(共15樓)，擁有第11樓。(權狀坪數4X，公設比極低，也有車位)

家裡從小到大都在中壢生活，因此也完全沒有搬到天龍國的打算

加上家裡都擁有自住的房子，此房也就一直出租。

最近一次(約半年前)父親向仲介詢問的結果，此房約價值3000W以上，且說如果要出售，一個禮拜內成交。

當初入手價格連3000W的 10分之1 都不到。 這10幾年來此房房價幾乎沒有下跌過，這幾年更是井噴。

目前租金也不到3W，這幾個月我都希望父母親可以稱高點趕快出手，父親亦有此想法。

但老媽總是覺得還有上升空間，而且她總是說 賣了那麼多錢要幹嘛?

目前唯一比較好的用處是，因為姊姊在大安區的房子，已確定要都更( 市民，敦北路口)

可用賣天母的資金去換更大坪數大安區的全新房。

不知道各位大大有沒有啥建議呢? 很怕突然泡沫化，就沒找到高點了 !!
