指北檢屈服壓力 黃世銘：我的內心感受

立委李桐豪、李俊俋、陳其邁今天質詢檢察總長黃世銘，聲明書指北檢屈服壓力將他起訴，北檢受到誰的壓力？立委或總統？黃世銘答詢，「這是我的內心的感受，不足為外人道」。

李俊俋追問，是否因為要你提供譯文的人 (指總統馬英九、行政院長江宜樺)沒事，但你有事，所以覺得委屈，黃世銘搖頭連聲否認。

李俊俋指出，前任檢察總長陳聰明因被監察院彈劾，自請下台；再前任檢察總長吳英昭也因查賄事件自請下台，可見檢察總長未滿任期前下台，不是法律問題是道德問題，檢察總長的標準要高於一般檢察官，要黃世銘知所進退。

立委陳其邁則要求所有一、二審檢察長列席排排站。他問，誰會向在案件尚未偵結前，將偵查個案的通聯紀錄向法務部長、行政院長、總統報告？陸續問三次，均無人舉手。

陳其邁向黃世銘說，「你的一、二審檢察長沒人同意你的做法，你以後如何領導檢察官」、「是你陷北檢於不義」。
