（中央社紐約3日綜合外電報導）法新社報導，摩根大通銀行（簡稱小摩）在申報文件中揭露，美國司法部對其外匯交易業務展開刑事調查。

摩根大通銀行（JPMorgan Chase）表示，目前正配合美國司法部調查，以及其他美國與外國監管機關有關操縱外匯交易之調查。

路透社報導，小摩身為美國銀行龍頭，也將上調訴訟準備金，由先前的46億美元，提高至59億美元。

根據法新社，小摩在申報文件中表示，這次的外匯調查聚焦在小摩的「即期外匯交易業務，以及這些活動的內控情形。」

小摩在申報文件中指出，小摩正與主管當局協商，希望能夠敲定和解，不過「這不能保證類似的協商能夠達成和解」。

小摩與其他各大銀行之前披露，主管機關就其操控外匯展開民事調查，而小摩是第1家披露遭刑事調查的主要銀行。

主管機關主要鎖定各大銀行的交易員，是否透過網路聊天室共謀操縱外匯市場利率展開調查。面對調查，許多銀行交易員已被要求停職或慘遭開除。（譯者：中央社趙蔚蘭）1031104
