竹縣姐妹花遭色繼父猥褻　遭判一年二個月

【楊勝裕／新竹報導】新竹縣一名小4女童，去年12月間在繼父家人經營的檳榔攤內，遭繼父摸胸部、下體猥褻，甚至要求女童與他喇舌，被害女童不堪受辱告訴師長，才揭發此案。
 
新竹地院法官調查發現，這名色繼父在4年前曾猥褻被害女童的姊姊，因被害少女母親求情，法官給予緩刑3年，不過法官發現林毫無悔悟，違反倫常，再伸魔掌侵害女童，造成姊妹花接連受害。
 
雖女童向法官求情，表示雖不願與繼父同住，但也不願見到他被關，但法官認他已有猥褻姐姐前科仍再犯，不宜輕放，新竹地院今天依強制猥褻罪，判他1年2個月徒刑。
