謝龍介：執法矯枉過正 非質詢本意 http://www.cdns.com.tw/20131104/news/ncxw/T90016002013110318454194.htm 　記者吳孟珉／台南報導 　 被廟宇高掛布條質疑騙選票，市議員謝龍介表示，議會質詢是要求市府 取締清晨及深夜違規燃放鞭炮，孰料市府執法卻矯枉過正，搞得遶境像 「辦喪事」，嚴重悖離他的本意，並扼殺府城廟會文化，將再質詢要求 市府不應弄巧成拙。 　 謝龍介說，經常接獲市民陳情廟宇遶境到了深夜十一時、十二時還在燃 放鞭炮、煙火，因此他十月二十一日議會定期會質詢時，才會要求市府 要嚴格執法，對於清晨六時以前及晚上十時以後的廟會擾民行為應加以 取締。 　 他表示，沒想到市府卻執法過當，十月二十七日三山國王廟遶境，上午 十點多消防車及消防局、警察局、環保局等大批人馬就跟著遶境隊伍， 弄巧成拙搞得廟會遶境像是在辦喪事，怪不得廟宇反彈。 　 謝龍介重申，台南廟會文化具有特殊性，他贊成提升優質廟會文化，但 市府不能因噎廢食。本會期會再質詢，除了再度要求市府落實取締清晨 及深夜的違規行為外，更重要的是不能執法過當扼府城廟會文化。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 210.13.80.212
