網路訟棍橫行　挑釁鄉民索賠

【葉國吏／綜合報導】鄉民們小心！在網路上亂罵人也會挨告。

今日出刊的《聯合報》報導，台大批踢踢最近出現一批「網路訟棍族」，專門推文挑釁，只要被激怒回嗆，「網路訟棍」就會留言「我已備份，大家法院見囉」，藉此索取高額和解金。目前已知有超過30名鄉民被告。

對此專家提醒，在論壇上發文罵人，因為會被多人瀏覽，不僅有「第三人在場」，還會留下證據，才會讓這些「網路訟棍」，逮到機會來控告公然侮辱罪。
