【陸運鋒╱台北報導】北市一名大都會車隊的計程車運將林守治（60歲），昨凌晨一時許載客行經市民大道，要迴轉到台北轉運站時，擦撞對向機車，林姓騎士（33歲，圖）當場摔飛5公尺，警消趕抵將他送醫，幸他僅擦傷無生命危險，而林守治被測出0.37毫克，他供稱開車前喝了藥酒，警訊後依公共危險罪嫌送辦。
