中國啟動萬人計畫　培養諾獎人才

【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】中國政府近期推出「萬人計劃」，號稱要從中挑出100人好好培養，目標是拿下諾貝爾獎！

不過有網友認為，假如官本位的科技體制不變，一切都是枉然。2008年當局就已經啟動引進海外人才的「千人計劃」，以優厚待遇吸引海外陸人回國。雖說5年來的確有所成效，但卻導致留在中國的科學家覺得不公，在收入、福利等方面相差太遠。

為此，當局從去年開始正式啟動針對中國人才的「萬人」計劃。該計劃準備用10年時間遴選出3個層次的萬名頂尖人才，其中第一層次共選出100人必須具有勇奪諾貝爾獎的實力。最高階的人才每個人都有至少100萬人民幣的經費補助研究，還提供各式各樣的政策優待。

但是這支國家隊尚未組建，就有人表示不甚樂觀。有網友反思：「千人計劃搞了多年，出甚麼成果了？現在又搞萬人計劃，以為出人才和種田一樣，撒了種子就有收成？」
