富味鄉認錯 施明德擬集體求償

富味鄉食品公司負責人陳文南坦承項油品攙入棉籽油，對此前民進黨主席施明德表示，他二○○一年發現罹肝癌後，家中所用有機芝麻油都是富味鄉產品，如今富味鄉被移送檢方，他呼籲受害消費者可與施明德基金會聯繫，他與友人們將集體向富味鄉提告並求償，求償所得全數捐公益。

施明德表示，富味鄉應拿出原物料芝麻有機履歷證明，買入量需與製成產品相當，並公開冷壓機器和製程；富味鄉稱有投保產品責任險五千萬元，應說明是哪家保險公司、公開保單。
