Q-Dir 是一個類似檔案總管的軟體，他提供了許多檔案總管所沒有的功能，如多窗格顯示，自訂快速連結，新增程式捷徑，選擇及過濾檔案功能等。另外，對於不同檔名的檔案來說，此軟體也提供了顏色區分顯示的功能，讓你可以很快知道該檔案是屬於那一種類型。

此外，對於xp和vista使用者，所使用的檔案總管網址列會略有差異，此軟體也提供了xp和vista的網址列模式，也是一個非常貼心的小設計喔！
