因為全家都用中華 所以媽媽本來用台哥大也打算轉來中華辦大省 但前兩天她自己去內湖的台哥大日湖直營服務中心要辦轉出 店員卻告訴她"妳的門號沒有合約，所以可以直接去別家辦理轉入" 她回家也非常堅持沒問題 但我打去台哥大客服得到的訊息仍是要辦手續+240元等等 所以到底哪個是對的？ -- 還是這是阻止客戶流出的方法? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.206.209
