涉炒股 北檢今再傳小S老公許雅鈞

藝人小S老公許雅鈞因胖達人麵包香精醜聞被檢方查出背後疑似有不尋常炒股陰謀，藉此坑殺股民，而在日前被檢方大動作搜索帝寶豪宅，並在偵訊後以200萬交保；而為了追查相關案情，檢方在今（24）日再度傳喚許雅鈞到案偵訊，但許雅鈞仍舊不認罪，訊後已請回。

有法界人士表示，由於胖達人母公司「基因國際」董事長徐洵平已在檢方「曉以大義」下認罪，以求換取減刑；因此，徐洵平的認罪，將造成小S老公許雅鈞未來勢必「入獄」的命運。

因為，關於違反《證券交易法》「內線交易罪」部份是最輕本刑7年以上的刑責，不論未來法官再怎麼減刑還是會超過2年，依據目前《刑法》規定並無法緩刑；而小S老公許雅鈞與相關被告就犯罪事實而言皆屬共犯結構一環，因此未來勢必將必須面對入監服刑命運。
