行政院會上午聽取衛生福利部報告重大食品安全事件及改革策略，行政院長江宜樺在院會中，再次對食安出問題表達非常痛心，他一口氣做了六項政策指示，要求盡速徹查。對外界將矛頭對準衛福部長邱文達，江宜樺上午也主動對邱文達近日的辛勞表示肯定。

邱文達今日上午赴立法院委員會備詢，並未出席行政院會，由次長林奏延代為出席並進行專案報告。
