(中央社記者吳靜君台北24日電)公平會表示，台灣三星公司及受委託事業鵬泰公司、商多利公司隱匿事業身分，以一般大眾身分，行銷自身商品，對有競爭關係的其他事業商品為比較和評論的網路行銷手法，違反公平交易法第24條規定，處三星新台幣1000萬元、鵬泰300萬元以及商多利5萬元罰鍰。1021024
