我只是去「大便」沒偷電線　男子獲判無罪

【蔡進男／基隆報導】新北市1處農舍彭姓主人，日前返家時，看到吳姓男子蹲在農舍草叢內，旁邊地上有2綑電線，彭詢問吳男在該處幹什麼時，吳隨即騎車離開現場，警方查獲吳男，彭向檢警方供稱親眼看到吳用鉗子偷剪電線，地檢署依攜帶凶器竊盜罪嫌起訴。法官審理時，彭男改口說，當時是誤解檢警訊問意思，事實上並沒有親眼看到吳偷電線，當時該2綑電線，離吳男還有一段距離，吳男否認偷電線，堅稱是蹲在草叢內「大便」，法官認為只有彭是目擊者，彭會翻供，不排除與訊問者有溝通上的障礙，查無足夠證據吳男偷竊，判吳無罪。
