遭酸不專業　蔡淑貞：學碩士均與食品有關

【邱俊吉／台北報導】大統黑心油風暴，食品藥物署官員壓力大，還要面臨輿論撻伐，食品組組長蔡淑貞今上午在立法院談及此當場落淚，之後接受採訪時又提到，昨晚深夜回家，得知網路上指控她什麼食品專業都不懂，因是護理師出身，靠著跟衛生福利部次長許銘能有關係，才升到今天這個位置，講到這，她再度落淚，好一陣子無法言語。

蔡叔貞說，上述在台大批踢踢（telnet://ptt.cc）上流傳的指控，完全是子虛烏有，她是中興大學食品科技系學士，碩士學位也與食品相關，更覺得不堪的是，這消息是兒子親口告訴她的；對此人身攻擊，她覺得無奈也痛心，希望外界可指正食安人員的專業不足處，但不要無的放矢，徒增第一線工作者負擔。
