惡檢察官趕廟公　司改會要求廉政署嚴辦

【何哲欣／台北報導】民間司改會常務董事林永頌上午舉行記者會指控，前年下半年間，屏東覺善堂主任委員選舉爆發選務糾紛，新、舊兩派互相指控對方侵占、偽造文書，但訴訟期間，承辦的屏東地檢署檢察官吳文政竟強行介入，擔任主席選出新派的主委，明顯偏袒，「該廟廟產超過3億，吳文政可能涉及貪瀆，要求廉政署介入調查」。

司改會執行長林峯正說，吳文政在偵辦期間根本無心查案，事後還不斷關心，舊派是否將印信、廟產，交接給新派主委，甚至還發動搜索，到舊派主委等相關人員家中，查扣金牌、存摺，行徑可惡，檢察官趕廟公，逾越檢方職權，且淪為私人打手，公正性蕩然無存，會將此案送交檢察官評鑑委員會，進行個案評鑑。
