法官胡景彬涉貪收賄300萬　遭延押2個月

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】台中高分院民庭法官胡景彬涉嫌利用承辦中港大飯店股權糾紛案，涉以「假勸和、真收賄」手法賣案牟利，遭特偵組收押至今，由於胡至今否認犯罪，且又被查出同居人和親友在海外涉有帳戶，有逃亡、湮滅證據之虞，台中地院裁定胡延押2個月。

胡景彬因遭特偵組查出，涉藉承辦中港大飯店股權糾紛案，向告訴人施壓促成對被告有利的和解條件，再透過同居人黃月蟾向被告收300萬元賄賂，另涉與中間人廖幸利詐騙王姓當事人表演門票、現金等共計20萬元，還騙另案被告60萬元，遭收押至今。
