教育部核准台北市、台南市與高雄市職校，志願序比分上採用「校科同分」計分，5都僅台中市採「群科同分」計分，引起學校及家長不滿，抨擊「一國兩制」；教育局長吳榕峯說，多次拜訪教育部國民及學前教育署，希望明年選填志願前，改正此一國兩制現象。

市議員楊正中昨天在市議會質詢時，為中彰投學生及家長請命；立委林佳龍表示，教育部開會當天，出席的中投區代表當場表達抗議！主持會議的前教育部次長陳益興卻獨排眾議，將中投區比序方式與北高兩市不同拍板定案；他要求教育部應給中部家長及學生一個交待，退回原決議重新審查。

吳榕峯強調，教育部在審查台中市時，該部才以違反「適性輔導」為理由，要求台中市改用「群科同分」計分；他認為非常不合理，希望明年選填志願前，能夠改正目前一國兩制的現象。
