國家通訊傳播委員會（NCC）昨（23）日表示，台灣固網未經許可自行架設包括大陸華為及其他電信網路設備，NCC多次要求限期改善，台固仍未遵守，再罰480萬元，總計共罰1140萬元。

NCC指出，台固在99年4月遭NCC查獲使用未經審驗通信設備，5月又查獲擅自擴建通信設備，分別裁罰30萬、90萬元；NCC去年初查核，發現台固仍未改善，兩案再罰各90萬元，並要求限期改善；去年底仍未改，NCC再罰各180萬元。

NCC發現台固依舊未改，兩案昨各再罰240萬元。

99年累計至今，台固遭罰1,140萬元，創下歷年國內固網被罰金額最高的案例。

NCC發言人虞孝成強調，台固未來若不積極改善，NCC將持續開罰。

NCC強調，違反規定的電信設備，所提供的服務對象包括政府單位以及企業客戶，NCC擔心設備恐有資訊安全疑慮，甚至稍有不慎恐被植入間諜程式，因此多次要求業者改善，台固最近也已提報改善計畫。
