【方翊倩／綜合報導】預售屋被點名易炒作，財政部長宣示要加強查緝超過3千萬元住宅預售屋逃漏稅，《蘋果》民調結果近5成民眾對政府取締炒房沒信心。

《蘋果》最新民調，提問「財政部長宣示要加強查緝超過3千萬元住宅預售屋逃漏稅，你認為可有效減少炒房嗎？」，在機隨抽樣的454位民眾當中，有47.36%的民眾對政府取地炒房沒信心、33.92%的民眾認為可以抑制炒房、18.72%的民眾沒意見。
