房屋類別：社區大樓的分租套房 租屋地址：新莊區青山路一段 仙境傳說社區 租屋樓層：2F 格 局：1房 / 1衛 坪　　數：8 每月租金：8500(含水、網路、第四台、管理費)，兩人住僅加水費100，電一度5塊 租屋押金：租金兩個月 公共設施：健身房、圖書館、資訊室、咖啡廳、舞蹈教室、游泳池、KTV、電梯 垃圾回收區(不用趕垃圾車)、有管理員可以代收包裹 etc 提供設備：冷氣、中型冰箱、櫻花熱水器、書桌椅、兩個茶几、兩個衣櫥、雙人床 網路、雙人沙發、全身鏡、電視 其他:可炊，可養寵物(須將沙發保護好) 轉租原因:要外派上海，故轉租(希望起租，10/15左右) 照片:http://ppt.cc/msEI 心得:這裡的公設維持得非常好，游泳池很乾淨，健身房的設施很齊全 不僅可以自己煮東西(中冰箱夠大，可以放很多食物)省錢 還可以在生活之餘，輕鬆擁有運動空間 社區有免費巴士可以搭車到市中心 窗景很好看了心情很好，空氣超好 也很適合養寵物的人 適合情侶合租，另外可以租停車位(大約一個月3000)，機車位則免費 當初找房子找了很久，因為我很挑，要乾淨裝潢也不能太差， 這裡基本上條件很好，社區裡的人也很友善 但就是交通上會騎車或開車方便點，若是走路的話，就當運動吧 15min到迴龍捷運站，20min到丹鳳捷運站，坐社巴到市中心，走5min到丹鳳捷運站 站內信聯絡 :) -- ※ 編輯: clair315 來自: 112.105.170.126 (10/12 19:40)
