行政院：監聽疏失、政府失公信力

針對法務部11日公布監聽事件調查小組報告，行政院表示，完全尊重調查小組的報告，也支持移交檢察官評鑑委員會評鑑。

行政院表示，本案特偵組相關同仁因行政違失，造成政府公信力嚴重傷害，行政院支持法務部移送檢評會評鑑之決定，並要求所有同仁引以為鑑。

行政院表示，自9月28日爆發特偵組於偵辦司法關說案過程中，疑似監聽國會總機一事，院長江宜樺即表示高度重視，並責成法務部立即成立專案調查小組，邀請社會公正人士及法務部相關單位代表，澈底調查瞭解該事件之事相，以向全體國人交待。

行政院表示，杜絕非法監聽必須從制度面著手，由於監聽程序涉及檢察官聲請監聽和法院核發監聽票等面向，業務範圍涉及行政院及司法院，行政院已與司法院達成共識，建立兩院合作平台，從法律面與執行面等角度，檢討現行監聽制度。2013/10/12
