旅美首年曾懷疑自己　李振昌靠苦練破關 作者: 王婉玲 李振昌完成大聯盟夢想。(王婉玲/攝) 2009年赴美挑戰大聯盟，歷經5年磨練，「昌仔」李振昌終於在本季升上大聯盟，成為 第9位登上大聯盟舞台的台灣球員，不過這段奮戰時間，李振昌也曾懷疑自己，最後靠 著苦練得以衝破瓶頸。 李振昌提到，第一年剛到美國時曾經歷低潮，懷疑自己是否有能力挑戰大聯盟，「當 時看到大家身材好，球速又很快，覺得自己被比下去，也曾被中南美洲的球員嘲笑， 當時真的很想打他們。」 不過後來昌仔想通了，「先天輸他們，就要用後天去補足，最好就是做得比他們好， 練到比他們強，才能解決問題。」李振昌笑說，「等到我到2A了，他們還在高階1A。 」 除了首年的不如意外，去年6月他動了Tommy John韌帶置換手術，復健休養了一年，也 讓李振昌挑戰大聯盟路途再度受到阻礙，他說，「受傷這一年，對我的心智成長很多 。」他提到，自己到了洛杉磯等地方去玩，讓心情放鬆，「保持開心，不要有壓力。 」 休息是為了走更長遠的路，這句話李振昌很能體會，他說：「我不覺得我繞了遠路， 這一年開刀復健對我在心理層面的幫助很大，想法上的改變也讓我更進步。」 現在李振昌已經完成大聯盟夢想，他也希望能勉勵後輩，「拚就對了，不要想太多， 不要怕被打，當投手沒有不被打的。」 http://www.tsna.com.tw/index.php?q=node/46362 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.240.15.133
