百合颱風襲菲　8死200萬人斷電

【林奐成╱綜合報導】颱風百合侵襲菲律賓北部，造成至少8人死亡，包括2名兒童及一名警員，逾200萬人無電力供應。

法新社報導，百合凌晨在菲律賓東岸登陸，不少樹木被吹倒，堵塞多條主要公路，供電設施亦受損，逾200萬人無電力供應，很多房屋遭破壞，3000人撤離至避難中心暫住。當地官員表示，至少8人遇溺身亡。

百合越過菲律賓後，吹向南中國海方向，最高時速達120公里。官員表示，工作人員正忙於清理道路，但相信最快要2天時間，才能恢復供電。
