【陳亮諭／綜合報導】1名日裔男子(27歲)2011年到1名校長家擔任4名未成年學生的家教，以「捏破你睪丸」等言詞恐嚇，恐嚇被害人肛交得逞，又在他電腦中發現大量男童裸照。士林地檢署昨依加重強制性交及猥褻罪嫌，起訴該名日籍家教且求處重刑。

《蘋果》報導，該名男子到案後否認性侵，但坦承對國、高中生情有獨鍾；他的律師說：「猥褻部分僅是男生間的嬉鬧行為。」起訴書指出，日裔男子2011年讀大學時，每周6天到校長教英、日語，涉多次強摸、抓捏大兒子（12歲）、二兒子（7歲）的睪丸，甚至用手、筆強戳肛門，還問10歲女，「要不要肛交？」

女童見哥哥難過，向媽媽說，家教老師曾問她要不要肛交，媽媽追問後才揭發上情。
