雙和醫院研究卵巢癌抑制劑

【林媛玲／新北報導】卵巢癌因症狀不明顯常被女性忽略，發現時往往已是末期，治療效果不佳也容易復發轉移，雙和醫院婦產部今天發表卵巢癌的新腫瘤指標BTK（癌細胞生長激素）。

婦產部主任袁九重發現婦女身體發生卵巢癌腫瘤持，癌細胞被偵測出BTK，如果使用BTK抑制劑可能有效抑制癌細胞生存，讓治療效果更好。但BTK目前尚未進行動物性實驗，這項發現台灣尚未正式發表，預計本周六邀請近多國癌症專家共同討論。
