馬不再對王抗告 綠諷終於低頭

國民黨今天表示，不會對立法院長王金平黨籍假處分案提出再抗告。民進黨團總召柯建銘晚間發新聞稿諷刺說，「馬江集團終於被迫向司法及民意低頭」；他還為馬總統提供三條「逃命線」，包括立即道歉、撤換閣揆江宜樺、解除檢察總長黃世銘職務或令其主動請辭，並裁特偵組，「這是馬總統僅存的生機與逃命線」。

「馬主席」不再抗告，民進黨團幹事長高志鵬揶揄只是「訴訟策略」，因再抗告成功機率趨近於零，也擔心國民黨若繼續趕盡殺絕，會引起檢察官群起激憤，才會出此下策。高志鵬說，除非江宜樺道歉、馬英九展開大和解，朝野才有機會化解僵局。

柯建銘表示，他早就提醒馬總統「殺敵不在陣前、勝負不在疆場」，馬最大敵人其實是自己。但馬仍不主動恢復王金平黨籍，甚至主張將戰場拉回王金平黨籍訴訟、繼續攻擊所謂「司法關說」，顯然只是「哀兵策略」的假動作，如今馬總統應主動向人民說明發動政爭的過程。
