孩童太早使用3C產品　日後易憂鬱與焦慮

【張博亭／台北報導】許多家長把3C產品當成電子保母來安撫小孩，但精神科醫師表示，孩童過早接觸3C產品，受到強烈的聲光刺激，恐影響大腦神經迴路，造成日後易焦慮、憂鬱與衝動性格，建議高中以下青少年每天使用網路勿超過兩小時，3歲以下小朋友不要接觸3C產品。
 
  台大醫院多名精神科醫師昨出席《台大醫生到我家一精神健康系列》新書發表會，參與撰寫新書的台大醫院精神部兼任主治醫師張立人昨說，現許多小孩使用3C產品，長期可能會對身心造成不利影響。
 
  張立人引用兒福基金會曾針對國中與國小高年級生所進行的統計，發現有4成持有手機，當中有1成兒童是每5分鐘就拿手機出來看，屬重度成癮，症狀包括沒帶手機出門就沒安全感等。
